“The Marriage of Figaro” takes audiences on a farcical romp through the trappings of romance, betrayal, and mistaken identity. Traditionally set near Seville, Spain in the 18th Century, Center Stage Opera brings the action to Mexico in the late 1800s. This production is full of surprises, including weaving traditional Mariachi music into Mozart’s score for a wedding scene that is not to be missed! Come see what happens when Mozart meets Mariachi in this unique production, which features some of California’s finest vocal and orchestral artists. The opera will be sung in Italian, with supertitles projected in both English and Spanish.
